Just a few gags, and one throw up later......

Alex is doing amazing on my new commitment of introducing, and adding textures to every single meal, that's three feeds a day, of not only pureed food for calories, but texture for moving forward. He is eating cut up noodles, pancakes, cooked carrots, pears, banana, just to name a few. He is also leaning in and drinking from his blue nose cup. Never sounding wet after a swallow! I even gave him drinks of water from my straw when we were out to eat at a local restaurant. Here he is eating pancake.
Sunday he was very, very vocal. Lots of DaDaDaDaDaDa, could this be coincidence or does using your chewing muscles aid in talking??? Hmmmmm? We shall see what he says today.

Sweet skills Bird! Nathan makes the Mum Mum Mum sound when he eats food that he really likes. Keep up the good work! That tube will be out before you know it!

AWESOME work Alex!!! I definitely noticed Emma's speech progression advancing when her oral motor/feeding issues began to resolve, so I don't think it's a coincidence:). It's a wonderful thing:)! Excellent! So happy to hear that he is doing so well. Keep up the great work Mama!
