Down on the farm we.......

Drove remote control monster trucks.

sat on tractors.

squinted in the sun.

snuggled on blankets.

Sat in the grass for the first time ever.

explored a nearby creek.

walked down a winding road.

went under a bridge.

drove remote control monster trucks some more.

and cuddled in the sun.

Oh my gosh - those are awesome pictures... I love Alex on the grass! I used to baby sit a little boy that if he touched the grass, he's throw up! He seriously couldnt stand the touch of grass... isnt that odd? Looks like Alex enjoyed it... those sun squints are adorable!

Wonderful! I especially like the one of Alex lounging on a blanket through the forsythia - those little yellow flowers and an outdoor nap ooze the promise of spring!

What a beautiful time for all of your boys to share. Boys and the great outdoors just go together so perfectly. I love Alex's expressions on the grass!! I forgot to comment on the last post that the "R" word in my vocabulary is Respect. I loved seeing it on the news and the weight of importance it holds. Hope you and the baby are feeling good too.

Love and Hugs, Laurie

ok MUST comment on the grass picture! that is exactly how frankie responds.. he hates the feel of the grass, his legs get stiff and they stick straight out without him ever touching it! too funny!

What a woderful day of play! To be able so share that kind of enjoyment is the best ever. My favorite is taking my children to my grandparents farm and relive old memories with them.
Love ya, Stac
